First time home buyers here. My wife and I are both active duty in the AF. When we got tasked our new assignment to go to our next base, we both thought about buying our first home, but we didn’t know where to begin and how the process even work if we weren’t physically there to do the shopping and purchase. But in comes Lexi and her team along with her husband Nick to save the day! From the very beginning, Lexi reassured us that she will do her best to guide us each step of the way and help us understand the process, and she sure did deliver and went above and beyond what was required of her. Lexi made the whole experience as convenient for us as possible even with the time difference. As an example, she was very flexible and respectful of our time and she would go to all the places we asked her to visit and record a video or take pictures for us to look over after if we weren’t able to FaceTime her during the tour. She also didn’t give up on us when we already wanted to give up because of how many sellers were denying our offers. She cheered us on and encouraged us to keep trying, so we kept putting out offers until one was finally accepted. Not only did Lexi and the rest of her team as well as Nick helped us out with buying our first home, they also helped us with our first PCS and all the hurdles and questions that came with it. We officially closed on our home this past week and I can’t thank Lexi and Emily enough! If you chose them rest assure you’re in great hands! They did amazing and marketed our home to get tons of people in the door and kept us up to date every step of the way! We ended up receiving tons of offers after only 3 days open house and accepted an offer $50,000 over asking! They were so kind and was patient with us and all our indecisiveness. Lexi Brown is the absolute best. From the first call you could tell that she loves what she does and doesn’t just do it for the money. Everyone tells you the horror stories of finding a house but Lexi made it seem like a dream. From talking to other realtors that are also close friends, I can tell you for a fact, that Lexi goes beyond the extent of what is required. She is a wife and a mother, and she did more than I ever expected to make sure MY family was taken care of and found a place that we wanted to call home. When personalizing our experience, we were able to see only the homes we were interested, her personal App put us in control on what homes we wanted to see. We felt represented at every showing. Before putting our fist bid (a nerve wrecking process), Lexi put our minds at ease on what we should expect as buyers and more importantly, she made us aware that, we didn’t have to over bid to get our dream home.
